Refund Policy

You will absolutely love our products and services.

However, you’re fully protected by a 100% money-back return policy.

Here’s how it works…

14 day TEST DRIVE

You may cancel the test drive any time during the test drive period by sending us a ticket on our support center. One of our support staff agents will get in touch with you and follow through on your request.

Once your cancellation has been processed, you won’t be charged any more.

60 Day Money Back Guarantee In Addition To 14 Day Test Drive

If you do NOT cancel within the Test Drive period and choose to continue your membership with us, your credit card will be charged $97 per month as long as this training program stays open.

If you are dissatisfied at any time during your membership, simply contact us to cancel your membership. You can also request a refund of payments given to us for up to 60 days. All payments prior to 60 days will be non-refundable. We believe in 100% customer satisfaction and will never question your reason for refund request or try any techniques to stop you – our policy is strict, “if a customer asks, the customer gets.”

In case of some discrepancy, We may ask you to send us a copy of your credit card bill showing us the charge made to your card for our services. This step is required for validation at our end.

Contacting Us For Refund

Email your refund requests to suppport@mobilemoney.com OR alternatively create a ticket on our support center. Please include the words “Refund Request” in the subject line of your email.

PLEASE NOTE: IT MAY TAKE UPTO 7 DAYS POST REFUND PROCESS TO REFLECT THE REFUNDED FUNDS IN YOUR ACCOUNT.

To serve you and others better in the future, we request (but do not require) that you tell us why you want a refund. We want satisfied customers.

Please remember that asking for a refund but continuing to use products purchased from us is the same thing as stealing and may also violate applicable intellectual property rights law.
